Enjoy an easy stroll across the street to the free river access where you can launch your kayak, or tube. Enjoy a river trip while taking in the panoramic mountain views. We are centrally located on the Greenway bike paths and 2 miles from the center of downtown. At most, we are a short Uber to all the local attractions. For those who like to walk, the Asheville Adventure Center is right next door.

Homegrown Restaurant and the Cascade Lounge are a short walk to the West. 12 Bones, The Wedge and the River Art Galleries are a short walk East. Following the bike path about a mile East leads to the amazing New Belgium Brewery Complex, Pleb Winery and Summit Coffee.

1 26 westbound: Exit 1C Amboy Rd and go 1.2 miles. Upstream Way will be on your left. House #28 will be on the deck post.

1 26 eastbound: Exit 2 W. Asheville. Left over the bridge and first right on Hanover St. Go 0.4 miles to the light and take a left on State St. At next traffic light take a left an go 0.3 miles. 28 Upstream Way will be on your left.
